Would definitely recommend for a weekend adventure

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a convenient location right near many attractions, and the continental breakfast was a good start to each day as well as the refreshing swimming pool to unwind in after a day of exploring.

I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was nice. Everybody was amicable and accommodating. It was a particularly good and practical location next to hotels like Cancun, Ciudad Valles, SLP - Mexico and convenient stores. It also was near downtown.

A Great Stay Despite Minor Hiccups!

The on-site restaurant offered delicious Mexican cuisine for all meals, and the beautiful terrace views. Perfect for exploring nearby waterfalls, but pack your own towels just in case!

the air conditioning was not working.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site. It would be great to have better entertainment options for children.

The location was convenient, just a short

Walk to the main attractions. The staff was friendly, but the room could use better maintenance. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat, uncomfortable at times. A decent stay but with room for improvement.

Great stay with amazing views!

The hotel is super close to some fine waterfalls. I had the chance to chill out on the terrace and take in the beautiful views. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better, though. The breakfast was pretty solid too!

The hotel offered excellent meeting facilities, including a spacious conference center that met my business needs. The staff was attentive and responsive, assisting me promptly with any requests. The location is convenient for business travelers, close to local amenities.

I had a great stay with a huge comfy bed and delicious breakfast options that were just so tasty! However, the internet connection was really poor, making it tough to plan our adventures.

I appreciated the beautiful natural surroundings, especially the amazing waterfalls nearby. The terrace provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view, and the hotel was accessible.

Some amenities need better maintenance.

The experience was disappointing, primarily due to the constant unpleasant odor in the room reminiscent of a restroom. Delays in maintenance responses were frustrating, such as the hour it took to address water accumulation in my room. The icing on the cake was having to resort to using dirty towels after being told no clean ones were available. I did enjoy the gyu-don dishes offered , and the staff did eventually find a missing shirt after some persistence.

I was actually surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at Mision. The bed was comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well and provided a cool and quiet atmosphere. the hotel's location was convenient and the facilities were in good condition.

Loved our king room with a balcony - it was cozy and had a great view! 🌅

The room was affordable and had a comfy bed, climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels; the staff here were all very kind and attentive.
